![]() ![]() Are you a roleplayer who wants to keep every NPC happy and be righteous or just ruthlessly maximize your gold and XP gains by killing and stealing from everybody? There really isn't any scarcity of ways to cheese the game even though it seems dense and daunting at first. If you don't like the builds you have right now, you can always respec freely with the mirror, all you'd need to do would be to buy new skill books which sadly might be a bit costly if you have 4 characters.Īs for tips it really depends on what kind of outcome you seek. ![]() You can by the way enable gift bags straight away without having to restart, I personally wouldn't recommend you to start over right away and just beat the game once on a low difficulty and only restart once you know the tropes and have a specific build in mind to focus on. Your first playthrough might be very frustrating in terms of 'Dang, I should've done that instead of that.' as the game's pretty nebulous with an insane amount of ways things can go and content, but it shouldn't be a problem unless you are playing on Tactician.Īs for characters, some races are more useful than others, the Elf skill is amazing in any build so Sebille is good, Fane is excellent with his Time Warp source skill, custom characters also get a very powerful source skill, as for the others I'd say the differences are more marginal so it's really up to you. If you are stuck and cannot find any XP to catch up, lower the difficulty a bit and do whatever quest you can. Just so you know regarding being underleveled, XP amounts just scale so enormously throughout the game that missing some XP in the early game barely matters after a few levels. ![]()
